I am currently illustrating a project for Amazon’s 47North imprint called The Mongoliad, an epic tale of the aftermath of the Mongolian invasion of 1241.

Written by Neal Stephenson, Erik Bear, Greg Bear, Joseph Brassey, E.D. deBirmingham, Cooper Moo and Mark Teppo, The Mongoliad  began as a social media experiment, combining serial story-telling with a unique level of interaction between authors and audience during the creative process. Since its original iteration, The Mongoliad  has been restructured, edited, and rewritten under the supervision of its authors to create a more cohesive reading experience and will be published as a trilogy of novels including special editions illustrated by me.

Each deluxe slip-covered volume will contain 18 full-page B&W illustrations of the main characters plus a map of the known world showing the Journey of the Shield-Brethren.
